The Law Review Committee will examine the report of the expert committee that called for simplification of the Goods and Services Tax including the Act.
The recommendations of the Advisory Group have been referred to the Law Review Committee, consisting of senior officers of the Central and the State Governments, which, in turn, will examine these recommendations and take a final view.
The Committee will hold its meeting on December 13 and 14.
